Robin Edwards is a comic book artist with a day job. She's been drawing since she was a toddler ("Everyone likes stick figures!" she says), but started seriously working on comics in the mid 1990's. Her first published work was Shopping for a Kiss in 2001, in Fractured Kisses. Since then she has gone on to create and complete two different web comics, TV CIRCUIT and Ganbare! Shmura-san (Hang In There, Shimura!), and is now working on her third, Cardboard Angel.

Robin's favorite genre is comedy-drama ("my life is filled with both!" she says), and loves slapstick. She wants her work to appeal not just to girls, but to boys as well. Her comics vary in age ranges ("something for everybody!") Her biggest influences are music, the works of Rumiko Takahashi and Toru Fujieda, and a plain ol' good love story. She also likes Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure ("who says Keanu can't act?!").

When Robin isn't drawing Cardboard Angel or working on her horror story side project, she eats, sleeps, lifts weights ("Gun show!" she says), and sleeps some more. She always has her iPod on.

Robin currently lives in Florida with her husband and soon-to-be two cats. She really enjoys talking in third person.
