Ordering Process:
- Email me at velharthis (at) gmail.com (remember to replace the (at) with an @ sign in the email field) with your commission, including any references I will need.
- I will email you back to confirm your commission and to work out any details or inform you of any problems.
- I will provide you with a preliminary sketch for all work. If you approve, I move onto the final stages of completion.
- In cases where colour is used (CG and watercolour commissions) I will send a second preliminary image for colour approval.
- I will send a final preliminary image for your approval when I feel the image is complete.
- When the final image is approved, I will request payment. When payment is received, I will deliver the final piece, depending onthe type of commission you ordered.
Prices:
Sketches
Pencil sketch on 8.5"x11" paper.
Up to two characters* - $5
Add on extra characters - $3 per character This is in addition to the first charge of $5. For example, if you want three characters, the total cost to you would be $8.
*will add some background details for no extra charge
CG Illustrations
Illustration coloured in Photoshop.
Up to two characters - $15
Up to two characters+background - $20
Additional characters - $5 per character This is in addition to the first charge of $15 or $20. For example, if you want three characters plus a background, the total cost to you would be $25.
Inked Illustrations
Black & White illustration, inked in waterproof black ink on bleedproof 108 lb. white 11"x14" paper.
Up to two characters - $18
Up to two characters+background - $22
Additional characters - $4 per character This is in addition to the first charge of $18 or $22. For example, if you want three characters plus a background, the total cost to you would be $26.
Watercolours
Illustrations outlined in waterproof black ink and coloured with watercolours on nice, thick watercolour paper to prevent wrinkling.
Small watercolour (5" x 8") - $30
Large watercolour (11" x 14") - $45

You get an un-watermarked, high resolution copy of the scan of the final picture. Optional: You can also have the original shipped to you for an extra charge.
For CG illustrations
You get an un-watermarked, high resolution file of the final picture suitable for printing and/or editing.
